So I found this recipe for baba ghanoush and I was really excited to try it. Stewart and I both like to get it on our pitas at the Pita Pit even if it does cost us 50 cents extra. So the recipe is basically 2 roasted eggplants and one head of roasted garlic. Well I like garlic and so does Stewart so that didn’t sound too bad. I guess I didn’t really understand what a whole head of garlic tastes like. Instead of two medium sized eggplants I used one, and I used the whole head of garlic, not half like I maybe should have. Once I finally finished making the baba ghanoush I had a little and that’s where I should have left it. My stomach hurt so bad last night. Then I had a little in a pita again today. Well as of right now, I’m done with the baba ghanoush. It’s really too bad because I probably have four cups of the stuff. I might have saved it for some reason, but Ellie has been having problems with the garlic too. So now she doesn’t want to nurse because my milk probably tastes and reaks of garlic.
